Regional Training Centre Khadki, Ministry of Defence Southern Command, Pune has been shifted to AU&RC Premises since May 2018 and inaugurated by PDDE SC on 08.05.2017 Earlier it was in Dehuroad Cantonment Board from March 2011.

The main objective of the Regional Training Centre (RTC) is to produce well qualified personnel within the fields of Administration, Engineering services, health services, Academic services etc. RTC Khadki has one computer Lab cum training area with the capacity of 32 computers and one hanging projector in it. Since it has been shifted to Khadki from the month of May, 2017 a total 13 training courses for the Cantonment Board staff and Defence Estates office staff with the different topics.

Archival Unit & Resource Centre Khadki project has been sanctioned vide GOC-in-C letter No.202820/CANTT/FIN/Q(L), dated 08/04/2013 and has been inaugurated by Honb’l Director General Defence Estates Mr Jojneshwar Sharma, IDES on 25^th May 2018. The premises mainly consist of three units Dhara Sampada Building, Vishranti Hostel Building and Residential accommodation for Officers. Dhara Sampada Building houses RTC and AU & RC. Vishranti has 16 rooms & 3 VIP suites wherein trainees will be lodged during the training programme at RTC.

Main premises of AU&RC called Dhara Sampada building has mini Land Record Museum displaying old land records and management concepts.
